Massage 101: The Power of Manual Lymphatic Drainage

She goes through the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, explains some examples of MLD sequences, talks about the results you should see in your clients. Don't be afraid to put your MLD skills to the test, and if you need more training to feel comfortable providing this service, we encourage you to go forth and practice!
